The Gradient is a Fall 2026 Clutch Global Winner, the highest recognition Clutch gives to companies on its platform. We didn't pitch for it. Our clients earned it for us, one verified review at a time.
This autumn, Clutch named just over 300 winners across 40 design and business services categories. The Gradient is one of them in three: UX Design, UX Strategy and Usability Testing.
What clients wrote about
Each review on Clutch comes from someone who signed the contract and lived with the result. Three themes keep coming up: the quality of the work, a process clients could follow week by week, and how we use AI inside the design process itself.
Syed Zaffer, founder and CEO of AiQL, put it this way:
"We needed a team that could grow our thinking and challenge us. The Gradient’s creative mind and AI experience are impressive."
Teams building AI products don't need a partner who only agrees with them. They need one who pushes back and designs with AI every day.
Two products behind the reviews
Infer.bid came to us as a backend prototype for a GPU marketplace. We turned it into a live product with two user journeys, one for buyers of compute and one for providers. We prototyped on real data, not placeholder screens, and built a design system that scales as the marketplace grows.
AiQL builds the infrastructure that connects and structures enterprise knowledge, so AI systems can reason through data, policies and expertise. In regulated industries, every decision needs to be traceable, consistent and defensible. Before any screen, we mapped what the technology could and couldn't do, then modelled the enterprise workflow and the data moving through it. The interface came from that groundwork: a role-based UX concept, onboarding flows and a component library.
Neither project started in Figma. Both started with real constraints, real data and real behaviour. That is what UI for AI means in practice.
Thank you
To every client who took time out of their week to write a review: thank you. You trusted us with products that didn't exist yet, and then told the market what working together was like. No badge says that better.
If you're choosing a partner for an AI product, read the reviews. They say what we can't credibly say about ourselves.
