Product Strategist
This role isn’t about roadmaps or slides. It’s about understanding how a system creates value — for users, for the business, and through technology — and proving it works in practice. If you’re excited by ambiguity, systems thinking, and building things that didn’t exist before — keep reading.
Your responsibilities
As a Product Strategist, you own the system.
You think across three dimensions at once: human, business, and technology. You define what real problem is being solved and how it fits into people’s lives or workflows; you ensure the product creates measurable business value and moves meaningful metrics; and you design the underlying AI system — how agents coordinate, how data is structured, and how the right context is retrieved at the right moment. You connect these dimensions into one coherent product logic.
What you’ll do
This role means owning the strategic process — turning complex, ambiguous contexts into a clear product direction that teams can build on.
System design & product direction
- 𐩒Frame the right problem before jumping to solutions.
- 𐩒Define product strategy grounded in business outcomes.
- 𐩒Identify where AI meaningfully changes the experience.
- 𐩒Decide what to build — and what to cut.
Prototyping & validation
- 𐩒Build working prototypes, not presentations.
- 𐩒Test real agent behavior, real recommendations, real data flow.
- 𐩒Iterate through build → observe → adjust → rebuild.
- 𐩒Deliver clear proof of concept: “this works — let’s scale.”
Scrappy is fine.
Functional matters more than polish.
AI & technical thinking
- 𐩒Understand how LLMs and AI systems behave: capabilities, limitations, edge cases.
- 𐩒Experiment with APIs and model behavior.
- 𐩒Collaborate closely with designers and engineers to validate feasibility.
- 𐩒Design systems that connect logic, data, and user experience coherently.
Collaboration
- 𐩒Align designers, engineers, and clients around system direction.
- 𐩒Translate complexity into shared understanding.
- 𐩒Guide workshops and strategic discussions.
- 𐩒Push back when assumptions don’t hold.
You’re a strong fit if you
- 𐩒Have 5+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, or system-level problem solving.
- 𐩒Think in systems rather than feature lists.
- 𐩒Understand UX and user psychology.
- 𐩒Are comfortable working directly with AI tools and data.
- 𐩒Can prototype ideas yourself (scrappy but functional).
- 𐩒Communicate clearly in English (Upper-Intermediate+).
- 𐩒Thrive in fast, iterative environments with incomplete information.
