Product Designer

FULL TIME · LVIV & REMOTE

This role isn’t just about designing beautiful interfaces. It’s about understanding how AI systems behave, how front-end reality works, and how to turn invisible logic into clear, human-centered experiences. If you’re excited by ambiguity, systems thinking, and building things that didn’t exist before — keep reading.

Your responsibilities

As a Product Designer, you own the experience.

You think in end-to-end systems: from discovery to shipped UI that survives real constraints. You design around AI behavior — LLM outputs, edge cases, dynamic data, hidden logic — and turn messy business rules into clear, intuitive flows people can actually use.

You prototype fast and iterate based on how the system behaves in reality. You bring taste and craft: strong visual polish, interaction depth, motion and micro-states, and a sharp feel for latency and responsiveness. You communicate your decisions, co-create with strategists and clients, and raise the bar by pushing for better solutions — not just prettier screens.

What you will do

This role means owning the design process — turning complex, ambiguous contexts into clear product experiences.

Digital product design

  • 𐩒Own the design process from discovery to shipped experience.
  • 𐩒Design interfaces around AI systems, LLM outputs, and dynamic data.
  • 𐩒Turn messy business logic into structured, intuitive flows.
  • 𐩒Prototype quickly and iterate based on real system behavior.

Systems & technical thinking

  • 𐩒Design with awareness of components, states, APIs, and platform constraints.
  • 𐩒Understand trade-offs between frameworks (e.g. web vs mobile, Next.js vs React Native).
  • 𐩒Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure that what you design ships in reality.
  • 𐩒Think in systems, not just screens.

AI-aware design

  • 𐩒Understand how LLMs behave: capabilities, limitations, edge cases.
  • 𐩒Navigate unpredictable outputs and hidden system logic.
  • 𐩒Design interfaces that support human–AI collaboration clearly and responsibly.
  • 𐩒Use AI tools to improve your workflow — but don’t treat them as black boxes.

Craft & detail

  • 𐩒Deliver high visual polish — aesthetics matter.
  • 𐩒Design real interaction depth: motion, transitions, hover states, loading states.
  • 𐩒Care about latency and perceived responsiveness.
  • 𐩒Sweat details most users won’t consciously notice — but will feel.

Collaboration

  • 𐩒Present and defend your work clearly.
  • 𐩒Co-create with strategists, engineers, and clients.
  • 𐩒Share new tools, experiments, and learnings.
  • 𐩒Raise the bar by questioning assumptions and exploring better solutions.‍

You’re a strong fit if you

  • 𐩒Have 3–5+ years of experience designing digital products end-to-end.
  • 𐩒Have shipped real products, not just concepts.
  • 𐩒Bring a portfolio with strong UX clarity and refined UI taste.
  • 𐩒Are comfortable working in ambiguity.
  • 𐩒Actively use AI tools and want to understand how they behave.
  • 𐩒Communicate clearly in English (Upper-Intermediate+).
  • 𐩒Love learning, experimenting, and helping others do the same.
