The UK has emerged as one of the leading global tech hubs, with a thriving ecosystem of startups and tech companies. Establishing a permanent presence in London is a strategic step to strengthen our presence in the market.

The UK operations will be headed by Sergei Vinderskykh, who has joined The Gradient as an Associate Partner based in London.
Sergei has a decade of experience in building successful digital products that will help drive The Gradient forward. He brings a wealth of experience in Product Management, Fintech, Media, and Adtech.
